Delivery Lead Times
To meet your delivery requirements in the best possible way, we personally deliver within the Adelaide metro and surrounds. We enlist the services of experienced freight carriers to service Interstate metro and regional/remote locations.
Location and order type will impact delivery time frames. Provided all items are in stock, delivery lead times are as follows:
Adelaide Metro and Surrounds: Between 3 to 7 business days.
Adelaide Regional: Between 7 to 14 Business days.
NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, NT and ACT metro areas: Between 10 to 14 Business days.
Non-metro areas (including Hobart and Cairns): Between 12 to 18 business days.

Deliveries for non-bulky and non-fragile goods are to your front door only (e.g. cushions)
For bulky or fragile goods, we believe your purchase deserves a special degree of handling and care.
To ensure our Kayu team will deliver, we will call and email to confirm delivery time and date, taking additional care throughout the entire process.
Your item/s will be hand unloaded and carefully placed in your home or office by two professionals. This service does not include unpacking or rubbish removal.
Collecting Your Order (Click'n'Collect)
All orders can be collected from our Adelaide warehouse and, of course, at no charge.
Collections are required to be pre-arranged, whit a minimum of 2 hours’ notice. Our showroom is located at 45 Oaklands Road, Somerton Park.

All deliveries have freight charges calculated depending on the size and weight of the order (some orders must be delivered with the assistance of additional team for safety reasons and to ensure you receive the best service possible) and the delivery location.
All shipping costs are inclusive of insurance. If you notice any damage to your items, please do not accept delivery, and instruct the carrier to return the goods.
Signature on Delivery
All our shipments contain valuable goods, because of this our carriers are contracted to produce Proof of Delivery documentation, and in doing so are required to obtain a signature.
If you Will Not Be Home to Accept Delivery
If you are comfortable with having your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions box when placing your order online. We are unable to accept any responsibility for your order once delivered if this option is selected.
Warranties and/or guarantees will vary depending on the product and brand selected. Please reference your sales order for the specific detail of your purchase. Please note that warranties/ guarantees do not include the cost of freight if your purchase needs repairs performed. Freight will be quoted separately.
We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Bankcard only), in addition to direct bank account deposits. We do not accept cheques or money orders.
Please note goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received, you will receive confirmation of your order via email.

Kayu is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is unavailable, and we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days with an alternative item, backorder option or provide a full refund.
